I was hired by the Lansing Christian School (Prek-12) to create a geo-tagging-tree app for their biology department. I was in charge of developing initial concepts, wireframes, and prototypes—added features and content requested by the school’s biology department.

My goal for this UX design project is to help immigrants, refugees, and international students transition smoothly to the United States. Having personally experienced the difficulties of coming to a new country and adapting to a different economic, educational, and social system, I am passionate about creating a solution that can alleviate these challenges for others. We are focused on helping foreigners who recently arrived to Lansing, Michigan. Our information is narrowed down to the Lansing Area. We are here to help bridge information access.

Our literature review identified high potential user needs in the initial population of interest, individuals with depression and anxiety, in addition to the effectiveness of technological mediation. From this process, we proceeded by recruiting participants for our study who had Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) which resulted in the identification of three males living in the East Lansing area who were either current MSU students or graduates. Based on initial interviews with participants, an application prototype was created based on feedback from initial interviews.

I created a theater snack-ordering app specifically designed for local indie movie theaters, aiming to enhance a personalized gourmet cinema experience for each individual user. With our app, users will have the opportunity to plan and customize their snack orders according to their preferences. Responsibilities: research, competitive analysis, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conduct usability studies, and iterate on designs.

Created a small t-shirt brand through Etsy. This project involved product development, market research, and graphic design.

Develop an app where players can see their stats across competitive games. The detailed stats will show the user their unique player type across multiple games, and there will also be a subcategory "player type" for each competitive game. Another critical component is the community, where users can find other competitive players across different games and compare each other's stats and player styles.
